{"id":35217,"date":"2025-02-24T17:06:56","date_gmt":"2025-02-24T20:06:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ceim.cl\/?p=35217"},"modified":"2026-05-22T20:41:16","modified_gmt":"2026-05-23T00:41:16","slug":"ruta-equidad-la-innovadora-propuesta-de-ceim-para-potenciar-la-equidad-de-genero-en-la-mineria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceim.cl\/en\/ruta-equidad-la-innovadora-propuesta-de-ceim-para-potenciar-la-equidad-de-genero-en-la-mineria\/","title":{"rendered":"Ruta Equidad: La innovadora propuesta de CEIM para potenciar la equidad de g\u00e9nero en la miner\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>La iniciativa ser\u00e1 presentada en la jornada Mujer y Miner\u00eda organizada por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Industriales este 20 de marzo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ad portas del mes de la mujer, CEIM present\u00f3 su m\u00e1s reciente herramienta pedag\u00f3gica; &#8220;Ruta Equidad&#8221;, un innovador juego de mesa con formato multijugador que busca sensibilizar y generar conciencia sobre la equidad de g\u00e9nero de forma l\u00fadica, con especial enfoque en la industria minera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este recurso instruccional, est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para promover la reflexi\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis sobre los retos que enfrentan las mujeres en un sector hist\u00f3ricamente masculinizado, fomentando la colaboraci\u00f3n y el trabajo en equipo de manera divertida y participativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, Pablo Lobos, Gerente de Desarrollo de Competencias de CEIM, defini\u00f3 el juego como una \u201cvaliosa oportunidad para la industria\u201d, agregando que, <em>\u201cEn la l\u00ednea de desarrollo de competencias, Ruta Equidad se presenta como una forma clave para formar personas con un alto nivel de entendimiento en temas de equidad, empat\u00eda y respeto a la diversidad, generando profesionales que no solo sean altamente calificados desde lo t\u00e9cnico, sino tambi\u00e9n comprometidos con los cambios sociales que impulsan una industria m\u00e1s inclusiva y justa\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ruta Equidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juego sigue una din\u00e1mica sencilla pero desafiante, dos equipos compiten lanzando un dado para avanzar en el tablero, el n\u00famero definir\u00e1 que tarjeta deben sacar, siendo las categor\u00edas busca palabra, verdadero o falso, y an\u00e1lisis de caso, entre otros. Los jugadores tienen un tiempo limitado, guiado por un reloj de arena, para superar cada reto. El equipo que complete los tres \u00faltimos desaf\u00edos y llegue primero a la meta, ser\u00e1 el ganador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 20 de marzo, durante la cena Miner\u00eda y Mujer de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Industriales de Antofagasta, que este insumo ser\u00e1 presentado p\u00fablicamente, como una nueva propuesta para la industria minera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De este modo, CEIM reafirma su compromiso con la equidad de g\u00e9nero y la transformaci\u00f3n de la industria minera. El juego no solo busca sensibilizar, sino tambi\u00e9n promover un cambio cultural real dentro de las organizaciones, convirti\u00e9ndose en una experiencia que invita a aprender y proponer soluciones
