Sean bienvenidas y esperamos que les vaya bien en su entrenamiento\u201d, coment\u00f3 a las participantes la especialista en comunidades de Minera Escondida BHP, Elizabeth Cameron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Claudio Mu\u00f1oz, gerente general del \u00e1rea planta concentradora de Minera Escondida BHP, es importante poder incorporar mujeres en la concentradora. \u201cMuchas gracias por su inter\u00e9s en ser parte del programa. Esperamos que est\u00e9n con todas las ganas de aprender y adquirir conocimientos, y cuando est\u00e9n con nosotros en faena, desarrollar esas competencias aportando a la sociedad con tu trabajo\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las alumnas mostraron su inter\u00e9s y agradecimiento por ser parte de este selecto grupo de mujeres. \u201cHab\u00eda postulado anteriormente en el programa y ahora se me dio la oportunidad. Renunci\u00e9 a mi trabajo y estoy muy enfocada en aprender y estudiar durante este proceso.
