Las mujeres somos capaces y podemos hacer lo que queramos. En miner\u00eda uno puede entregar su aporte y obtener conocimientos, es un \u00e1rea que me gusta\u201d, coment\u00f3 Maribel Chaine, alumna del Programa Trainne de Minera Escondida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para Oscar Constanzo, gerente de mantenimiento de equipos m\u00f3viles de Minera Escondida, este programa es ambicioso y tiene por objetivo capacitar a mujeres de la regi\u00f3n, con foco en las comunidades del interior. Lo anterior va en l\u00ednea con lo que queremos hacer como compa\u00f1\u00eda. \u201cEste programa toca varios puntos, no solo la inclusi\u00f3n, sino que tambi\u00e9n la innovaci\u00f3n.
