Es nuestro aporte a la conformaci\u00f3n de una regi\u00f3n innovadora, pionera y capacitada. Tenemos enormes desaf\u00edos por delante, y los cambios y transformaciones nos animan a seguir mejorando, adaptando nuestros procesos y mirando el mundo desde nuevas perspectivas\u00bb, dijo en su bienvenida el Gerente General de FEE, Jos\u00e9 Antonio D\u00edaz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante la actividad, la Gerente de Recursos Humanos, Gladys Chau, mencion\u00f3 parte de la historia de la instituci\u00f3n, desde sus inicios con trabajadores de Minera Escondida, hasta el Centro de Entrenamiento que es hoy, el cual cuenta con Sede en Iquique y Santiago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En la instancia, se entregaron reconocimientos por su labor a funcionarios con 10, 15 y 20 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad.
